And because RSocial stores your data using semantic web technology, your posts, photos, and connections are structured in a way that makes them truly yours — searchable, portable, and understandable in natural language, not locked inside a proprietary database you'll never have access to.

Why We Built RSocial

Social media was supposed to bring people together. Instead, it turned us into the product. Our posts fuel targeted ads. Our friendships are algorithmically filtered to maximise engagement. Our private messages inform data profiles we never agreed to.

The problem isn't social networking itself — it's that a handful of corporations dictate how it works, who profits from it, and what happens to the things we share. They can change the rules overnight, suppress your content, or shut down your account with no explanation.

We built RSocial because we believe there's a better way. A way where you own your data, where your community sets its own rules, and where the platform works for you — not for advertisers.
